Projects
A Projetex project groups translation work for a client and keeps the main project details, schedule and jobs together.
Project list
Section titled “Project list”The current Projects list can show fields such as:
- project Code and Name;
- Client and Client PM;
- Started, Deadline and Completed dates;
- Project Manager;
- Special Status;
- project Volume (Base) and flag.
Use the grid controls to find, filter, group and review the projects you need.
Create or edit a project
Section titled “Create or edit a project”From the Projects screen you can create a New Project, edit an existing project, clone it, or delete it when your access rights allow that action.
A project record includes the client, project name and code, client and corporate project managers, timeline, deadline, completion state, special status, custom fields and project information.
Work with project jobs
Section titled “Work with project jobs”Open the project’s jobs area to manage the client work and the related corporate or freelance jobs.
