Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Check these in order.
1. Windows service
Section titled “1. Windows service”Confirm the projetex-api service is Running and configured for Automatic startup.
2. Local Console
Section titled “2. Local Console”Open:
http://127.0.0.1:8844/console
Check version, database compatibility, licence state and MCP key status.
3. Logs
Section titled “3. Logs”Check:
C:\ProgramData\AIT\Logs\Projetex Automation Hub\
Keep request IDs when reporting REST failures.
4. Current API schema
Section titled “4. Current API schema”Compare the failing request with:
http://127.0.0.1:8844/docs
Do not rely on an old sample when the installed OpenAPI schema says something different.
5. Support-safe diagnostics
Section titled “5. Support-safe diagnostics”Send status, request IDs and error messages. Do not send API keys, licence keys, DSNs, TLS private keys or customer content.
