Users and Administrator Account

Projetex user accounts identify the people who can sign in to the agency database and control which areas they can access.

User list

The current user list shows fields including:

name;
login;
position;
status.

User account

A current user record includes the user’s name, login and password, position and contact details.

The account editor also includes:

Access is blocked;
user role and access rights;
an optional assigned Corporate Expert;
options such as Show AHC data, View Corporate Settings, Local Reports, Export and Print;
mail-alert and JIRA connection settings.

Use the account and access controls together so a user receives the access needed for their role.

Administrator account

The current administrator editor identifies the built-in login as Admin and states that the administrator has access to all areas of Projetex.

The administrator account also stores password, name, position, email and optional alert/integration settings.
