Freelancers
Freelancers are external experts your agency can assign to translation work.
Freelancer list
Section titled “Freelancer list”The current freelancer list can show:
- code and name;
- number of jobs and base-volume totals;
- expert rating;
- currency and country;
- address, email, phone, fax and website;
- VAT number and flag.
Use the grid controls and Search action to find experts. From the list you can create a New Freelancer, edit or delete a record, or move a freelancer back to Applicants when that workflow is appropriate.
Freelancer profile
Section titled “Freelancer profile”The expert profile keeps operational information used when selecting and working with a freelancer, including:
- expert code and name;
- postal and contact information;
- payment terms, locale, currency and VAT number;
- expert status;
- language pairs;
- software experience and installed software;
- expert rating;
- general information, CV and custom fields.
The profile also shows job and volume context.
Freelance jobs
Section titled “Freelance jobs”Freelance job lists include the expert, job code/name, assigned/deadline/completed dates, service, units, volume, pricing, currency, exchange rate, totals, quality, paid status, project/client context and PO information.
Use this information together with the expert profile when you select a freelancer for project work.
