System requirements

TO3000 is a Windows desktop application designed to run on a single computer.

Use a 64-bit edition of Windows 10 or Windows 11. Current setup does not support 32-bit Windows.

TO3000 keeps its working database locally in Microsoft SQL Server 2025 LocalDB.

Current builds use the LocalDB instance:

(LocalDb)\T7D

TO3000 Setup installs or repairs the required LocalDB components when needed. You do not need to configure a separate SQL Server for a normal TO3000 installation.

Earlier TO3000 generations can use different LocalDB instance names. The current installation uses T7D, so an older installation can remain on the same computer without sharing the same LocalDB instance.

Setup also installs the Windows components required by the current TO3000 build, including the required Microsoft Visual C++ runtime.

For AI Dashboard features, Setup installs the TO3000 API companion service. Its default endpoint is local to the computer:

http://127.0.0.1:8845

The TO3000 API uses loopback networking. A normal TO3000 installation does not require you to expose port 8845 through your firewall.

The core TO3000 application and its local database do not require a permanent internet connection.

Features that contact online services, such as AI-assisted requests, require internet access while you use those features.
