Ask
Ask is the question panel in the TO3000 AI Dashboard. You can ask business questions in ordinary language and receive a written answer based on TO3000 analytics.
Ask is read-only. It can query analytics tools, but it cannot create, edit, or delete TO3000 records.
Before the first question
Section titled “Before the first question”The first time Ask sends a request, TO3000 shows a consent dialog describing what information will leave the computer.
The current consent flow distinguishes analytics data needed for the answer from your document files and the database itself. If you decline, the question is not sent and the rest of TO3000 continues to work.
Review the consent text shown by your current build before you approve it.
Ask a question
Section titled “Ask a question”- Type your question in the Ask box.
- Choose Ask.
- Wait for the answer.
- Review Tools used under the answer to see which TO3000 analytics sources contributed to it.
You can continue using other parts of TO3000 while a question is processed.
Use Cancel if you want to stop a request that is still running.
Follow-up questions
Section titled “Follow-up questions”Ask keeps the current conversation context, so a follow-up can refer to the previous answer.
Use New chat when you want to start an unrelated question without the previous conversation context.
Changing the global date filter starts a fresh analytics context so follow-up questions do not silently mix different reporting periods.
Charts in answers
Section titled “Charts in answers”When an answer contains a suitable set of comparable figures, Ask can show a chart with the written answer.
The values come from TO3000 analytics results. Right-click the chart to select another supported chart type.
Not every answer needs a chart. A single number or short textual answer may be clearer without one.
Langpoints and allowance
Section titled “Langpoints and allowance”Ask shows the AI allowance available to the current installation or plan in Langpoints.
The panel can show:
- the remaining balance;
- the reset date for an included allowance;
- the Langpoint cost of a completed question.
Different questions can consume different amounts because some require more analytics work than others.
When the included allowance is exhausted, Ask reports that state. The rest of TO3000 continues to work.
What Ask is for
Section titled “What Ask is for”Ask works best for questions that combine or compare TO3000 business figures, for example:
- which clients are slowest to pay;
- how much completed work is not invoiced yet;
- which clients have become inactive;
- what is overdue or due soon;
- how earnings or throughput changed over a period.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”Ask is not a general-purpose assistant and it does not have write access to TO3000.
TO3000 also does not expose agency-only analytics that belong to Projetex, such as vendor capacity or team language-pair coverage.
If Ask cannot connect
Section titled “If Ask cannot connect”First verify that the TO3000 API is available. If the local API works but the question still fails, check the internet connection and collect diagnostic logs if support requests them.
