AI Dashboard

The AI Dashboard is a read-only analytics screen in TO3000. It turns information already stored in TO3000 into a small set of business summaries and charts.

The Dashboard reads data through the local TO3000 API. Using the Dashboard does not edit your jobs, clients, invoices, or other TO3000 records.

The TO3000 Dashboard includes headline figures such as:

  • Overdue jobs — jobs whose deadline has passed and that are still open.
  • Earnings — earnings over the active reporting period in your base currency.

Groups open work by when it is due so you can distinguish overdue work, work due soon, and work scheduled further out.

Summarizes client activity and revenue patterns so you can see which clients account for the most business and which have become less active.

Shows your own work volume and earnings over the selected period.

TO3000 is a single-translator product, so agency-only panels such as vendor capacity or team language-pair coverage are not part of its Dashboard.

Dashboard figures and charts can drill through to the matching TO3000 list with the relevant filters applied.

Use this when you need the records behind a summary instead of only the chart.

Right-click a chart to choose another supported chart type. Available choices depend on the data in that panel.

Chart preferences are stored per panel.

You can move Dashboard panels and restore the default layout. TO3000 remembers the layout for later use.

The global date filter affects Dashboard analytics. When you choose a period, the Dashboard recalculates its figures for that period.

Clear the global date filter to return to the Dashboard’s normal rolling view.

Dashboard panels are independent. One panel can fail without preventing the rest of TO3000 from working.

If a panel reports an API connection problem:

  1. Restart TO3000.
  2. Check the TO3000 API troubleshooting steps.
  3. If the problem persists, collect diagnostic logs.
